Zorro Gardens Nudist Park was a semi-fictional “nudist colony” in Balboa Park, San Diego, 1935. Zorro Gardens was actually an attraction at the “CA Pacific Int’l Expo” in Balboa Park. It was staged with hired actors who wore bodysuits, a loin cloths or a g-strings. Some women were top-free for the publicity photos. The “nudists” were paid actors playing scenes in the park.
