It was the naturist home to as many as 750 families attracted according to some reports by the $14 weekend couples rate. Members stayed in cabins and enjoyed sunbathing, swimming,  playing tennis and volleyball. 3 Remembering Mays Landing’s Nudist Park

The park was bought by psychologist Oliver York in the sixties and property burned down in January 2007.

The park is also noted for denying admission to African American nudists including black nudist pioneer Judge Matthew Bullock. The park was forced to closed its doors in 1983.
