Naked running

Naked running involves running for exercise or pleasure in the nude, whether  outdoors or indoors a designated nude running area.

Naked running isn’t a historically new phenomenon. First, make sure that you are comfortable with your body and that you are not self-conscious about being seen naked. Second, choose a safe location to run, such as a secluded beach or a designated nude running area. And finally, be respectful of other people’s privacy and do not run naked in areas where it is not permitted.

If you are going  to run naked, consider these additional precautions:

  • Start by running in a safe and secluded area.
  • Be respectful of others.
  • Wear appropriate footwear for your running experience.
  • Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your run.
  • Listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
